Hotel dekat Children's Zoo at Celebration Square

"Shower did not have any hot water. Let it run for 20 min lol and barely a trickle"

"What a fun stay! The bar crew was amazing - front desk super helpful. Rooms were remodeled and clean, patio was messy and the screen was broken so it was unusable."

"The pool was closed when we went. I got an email the morning of check-in saying that it closed that morning but my husband said it looked like it had been down for a while. If I had known the pool was down, I probably would have booked elsewhere. The room was great - there were 5 of us on the 2nd night and we had room for all of us (2 bedroom suite). "Very nice hotel. Friendly staff."

"It was disappointing that there was no hairdryer in the room and not enough towels and wash cloths."

"Hotel room was clean however we got strong marijuana smell coming in from the bathroom vent which eventually filled the room. Breakfast/service was very questionable"

"Family friendly,"

"Room was clean and soundproof. Very quiet, comfortable bed, will definitely stay again!"

"This is a five star hotel. Staff was very friendly. Rooms are really clean and very nice. Bed and pillows are soooo comfortable. Definitely would stay there again if we visited Saginaw again. Very quiet place."

"Hotel in a good location by the college but no continental breakfast"

"The room was clean and nice. The hotel was easy to get to and with in walking distance to the attractions on Main St."

The toilet was not secured to floor, had a piece of wood wedged under it and wobbled front to back and side to side. Contacted the manager on duty and mentioned the condition of the space. He acknowledged everything as known issues as the norm. He even offered that all of their sheets were stained. I requested a different room and was told that there was nothing else available due to...

"My room is mine"

"The breakfast wasn’t very good and the coffee was awful."

"Great"

"Breakfast was excellent and staff was very friendly. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, however; specifically the shower floor and the sink. Our room faced the main street and the traffic noise was very loud. The hotel is in s great location."
