"The room we stayed in is okay, just the bathroom tub is slippery, and the water takes forever to drain. Breakfast is ok there is not a lot of space to sit on."

"Breakfast was decent, but the evening/night shift staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful. My son wasn’t feeling well and ended up vomiting on the bed, so I called and requested fresh blankets and bedsheets. The staff member I spoke with didn’t seem to understand the difference between a blanket and a thin bedsheet, and kept repeating that there was one in the closet, which was not enough to keep us warm. Despite explaining the situation multiple times, he neither listened properly nor tried to understand. I eventually hung up out of frustration, but no one ever called back or checked in afterward. Very unprofessional and lacking basic care or empathy, especially in a situation involving a sick child."
