畳が沈んでいました。食事は配慮されていましたが、密で並ぶ。並ぶ方向等もう少し対策を深める必要があると思いました。ビジターセンターへの車のお迎えは1時半か3時半ということでしたが、どちらも早いか遅いかで、途中の時間にお迎えをお願いできるとありがたいです。

リラックスできます

周囲が静かなので、とてもリラックスできます。スタッフもとてもフレンドリーでした。近くのビジターセンターは支笏湖の歴史がわかる素晴らしい展示でした。冬に仕事で泊まりましたが、夏に家族で来るのにはいいところだと思います。

Nice onsen vacay stay (get there before sunset!)

We got there after 5:30 which was a bad idea. In winter it was already pitch black and the walk from the bus stop to the hotel is uphill and very challenging with luggage. I don’t even know how we did it! Hotel itself is pretty good. Breakfast and dinner provided, bathrobes provided and you can wear to dinner, onsen open 24 hours. No view in the room but you’re close to the gorgeous lake. Small eats around town are amazing, cream puff, pork bowl 豚井, potato mochi... Be ware of the black crows; they’re very aggressive if you have food exposed in a plate! Go to 丸驹温泉 via shuttle bus (ask hotel front desk to arrange it for you), super worth it! It’s the most scenic onsen with 100+ years of history.

支笏湖周辺の自然に囲まれた、ほっと寛げる宿。

支笏湖至近のお宿。設備は新しくはないですが、中はとても清潔で整った感じ。温泉もとても気持ちよく、北海道の素材を使った食事も素晴らしい。夜は周囲に店など無いので、不便と感じる人もいるかもしれませんが、逆にとても静かで、周りの広場を散策して綺麗な星空を眺めて楽しんでいました。スタッフの皆さんも丁寧親切で、とても良い滞在になりました。

支笏湖の湖と森の自然が満喫できる。

支笏湖湖畔の森の中にあり、野鳥がさえずる森の中を散歩したり、湖畔が散歩でき自然愛好家には素晴らしい環境。夕食や温泉も申し分なく楽しめる。近くにレンタルがあるので、少し時間をとって、ボートやカヌー、カヤックなどのスポーツ拠点としても良い。支笏湖温泉には、しゃれた飲食店やお土産店が複数あり、鱒のフライやハンバーグなど地元の食が楽しめます。

與自然和諧共存的渡假村

到住宿地點的時間比較晚，櫃台告知馬上用餐，但並未告知是自助餐，入座後等10分鐘左右，服務人員才來告知是自助餐，自行取餐，溝通有點不良。8月底入住，夜間睡覺時，空調可能只有送風，又或者是暖氣，溫度太高，無法入睡。但附近森林環繞，晨起散步感覺舒適、寧靜。

酒店職員很友善，雖然英文水準不太好，但很有禮貌，樂於協助，可加！

很傳統的溫泉旅館，大部分是日本人去的。在機場有巴士直達支笏湖，而酒店員工會到巴士站接送。 如果想很安靜去浸溫泉，這裡是個好地方⋯

酒店員工即使英文水準不高，但很專業，服務態度很好... 機場在 Domestic floor 坐no 66 線巴士，非常方便，職員會在巴士站接送，寧靜的溫泉旅館，已第二次入住，會再來~

美極的支笏湖

支笏湖很美很美！ 酒店房是沒有浴室的丶有廁所。房間裡空間足夠丶那套浴衣品質很好丶還有細心地預備了童裝給我女兒。早餐還不錯但9點太早完歺丶晚歺口味完全不合外地遊客太過地道農村化。 另外工作人員態度熱情一流。

셔틀버스가 아쉽다는 생각

치토세역에서 주오버스타고 종점에 도착했는데... 숙소까지 거리가 걷기에 꽤나 멀었다. 짐까지 있어서 ... 종점에서 숙소간 셔틀버스가 있었으면 좋겠다는 생각이 들었다

また泊まりたい

今回、定山渓と支笏湖の紅葉を見に行くために利用しました。 千歳空港から車で40分くらいでアクセスの利便性もとても良かったです。 支笏湖畔なので、支笏湖の観光も徒歩で行けて有料駐車場を使わずに住んで観光も便利でした。 2連泊しましたが、夕食は違うメニューで嬉しかったです。朝食も夕食もとても美味しかったです。 部屋は広く、清潔感もあり快適でした。お風呂は大浴場を使い、お湯もとてもよく、朝、晩2回は入りました。 長期滞在にも対応している素敵なホテルでした。また機会があったら泊まりたいです。
