Had a great stay at Portom International Hokkaido. The staff were very friendly, the room was spacious and spotlessly clean, and the amenities were excellent. The onsen was especially nice and very relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is like a piece of art. Everything is full of Japanese style, which was explained on the room tablet. The location is close to Terminal, so I could check into the hotel easily even though my flight was late. The room was very quiet—I didn't even realize I was staying next to the airport. The staff were nice and helpful too.

A perfect hotel for taking a night of stay if you arrive Sapporo late. The hotel looks brand new and the room we stayed were spacious. We could see the runway from our room but it is very quiet at night. It is located in the Chitose airport. There are plenty of shops and restaurants at domestic terminal.

This is one of the best hotels I stayed in Hokkaido especially for morning flights out of chitose. Rooms were spacious, clean and they provide good quality amenities. Staff are attentive as well.
