"Good facilities and very nice reception area. The rooms were recently refurbed and looked good. Unfortunately some areas of the room needed a better finish e.g paint on the bathroom floor."

There was noise outside from the work happening on a nearby tram stop but it wasn't disruptive. I'd stay again."
"It is an old building steeped in history. It is like travelling back in time, it is big, it is beautiful, it has marble panelling on the corridor walls. It is so convenient for the city centre and it is amazing value for money. Sadly yet another hotel that has sold its parking to the parking vultures who charge almost the price of a room to park in an awful car park that has not been looked after,"
"was in 109 first and the shower did not go warm and was very weak and the tv had no reflex then was move to 309 the shower ok just went hot and cold all the time even when you had it at the right temperature and the tv didnt work in the either nor did the door close not sure if we stay again"
