"And mid aged receptionist was slow. Was not to bothered that people were waiting in a queue waiting to be attended too. Too busy talking about personal life.
Bar and breakfast staff were really pleasant and helpful
Overall the property can do with an update. Had creaky floors in my room . Squeaky mattress and a loose toilet. "

"Arrived 30 minutes before check-in and appreciated we were early.
We were told we couldn’t check in as there were others waiting but they would call us when we could and to wait in the bar which is at the reception area.
Others left the bar to check in and we were not called. Then people arrived and checked straight in. After this happened a couple of times, I asked if we could check in yet. We could! No apology for not calling us forward.
