"What a find! Fantastic location and beautifully maintained gem of a hotel, steps from Buckingham Palace and the tube station. The staff were knowledgeable and incredibly helpful with suggestions for places to eat (the Bed of Nails pub was excellent)and options for getting to Heathrow airport.
