"Extremely dog friendly, i had a wonderful stay, even though my dog struggled to fully settle, and the room was pretty spacious for a single, i really enjoyed my trip."

"Positives: -Incredibly friendly staff -good inclusive breakfast -lots of free parking Negatives: - very expensive room price for amenities - very dated room, cracked floor tiles, broken toilet seat etc - rock hard pillows - springy mattress - small double bed - no aircon - wall heater or window for air"

"Informed main desk that the room was stale and bathroom sink smelt of drains - not sure anything was done. On last day, our room wasn’t cleaned and had to get fresh towels - prompt response. The drinks machines in breakfast area are not good. Multiple selection of drinks contaminates other drinks. Tea tasted of chocolate! Never used again. Breakfast selection good, but our daughter (coeliac) had little choice and avoided food Staff helpful and very good, but noticed some stress from demand by other people (when serving at the bar was not quick enough)"

"Clearer more detailed parking procedure info required. Brkfst -some std items not presented, no mushrooms, no black pudding. Bar - no pinot grigo white wine for 2 nights, std item really. "

"Very impressed. The staff were excellent. The accommodation was very clean and we were in a lovely quirky room with a fabulously sloping floor that really added character. The only thing to mention was car parking was a little limited but other than that we had a really good experience. "

"Lovely hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Although the hotel is located outside the city, it’s only about an 18-minute drive to the city centre, so it’s still very convenient. Highly recommended! "
