"We enjoyed our stay at the Henrietta Experimental. Our room was in the newly expanded rooms across the street from the original hotel. The staff were nice and friendly, but not always present because they were manning two different desks on either side of the street. "The room was basic, clean and roomy. We did not have a view. I was a little disappointed but honestly, we were constantly leaving to go see and do things in wonderful London. Carolina at the check in front desk was so kind and accommodating. We were able to store our luggage until our room was ready. Great restaurants were all around this hotel.
