We asked for towels and he told us to walk into the house keeping room to grab them ourselves and when we went the lady who was doing the laundry mugged us and just gave us a death stare without even saying anything. Extremely unsatisfied with how unfriendly and unpleasant these staff members were. Do better Hampton inn. "
