"Staff was nice. Loved that it had a pool and a restaurant on site and a space to eat that wasn’t our room. Had a 4:30AM flight and checked out 3:30AM only to realize one of the kids left her shoes in the pool are the night before that was locked. But there was an overnight staff person who was able to unlock it so we didn’t have to fly her home barefoot :)"

"Room were very dated and had cosmetic defects like strips missing on door, mold in shower, no toiletries, room with musty smell, and more. My toilet backed up the second night and we were told that maintenance would not be back until morning and hotel was booked up. Will not stay there next year for soccer tournament or ever again. Very poor experience for Marriott. "

"I did an early check in to get there and then be overbooked and pipes bursted. I was told I would stay at the Courtyard next door but do everything else at the Residence Inn. The point of the trip was that it had a kitchen area so I could save money as a single mother. The Courtyard had no hot water. "Staff excellent but I shouldn’t have to deal with staff if room was in order. They need to sell rooms for the pool. The pool is the ONLY thing going for this place, not open all day. It’s small, not as big as in picture. We booked the premium room, which was not. It was the size or a regular motel room with 2 beds. "Broken elevators, no AC in halls, pool absolute atrocity. Hilton should be ashamed to associate their name with this property. Not even a bathtub, just a shower in room. Will never stay again. Downtown Hilton Capital is the one to beat if you par at the levee. "
