"Everything was magn̈ificent, the food was very nice. The room was spotless ànd my wheelchair ramp was left on the plane. He never complained about helping me. They called 911 to help me into bed. Boy those Louisiana guys are gorgeous. Lol"

"Ac did not keep the room clean, toilet was backed up. I was talked to like trash when I asked about it. Received no help after complaining. Was told I couldn’t speak with a manager and asked “what do you want me to do” I paid almost $600 for this room and it was the worst place I have stayed in a very long time between attitude. "The room was very neat and large. There was a curtain partition to separate the bed from the living room and kitchen section. The air conditioner worked well with blowing cool air. The bed was firm enough and the pillows were the right consistency of soft. Live TV was available. Lots of towels in the bathroom and even make-up remover. Having a kitchen sponge and soap and dishwasher liquid was an added bonus. The variety at breakfast was great too. The staff were always friendly and helpful too....
