"Lovely big clean room bar the smell of fresh paint as you walked in and the bathroom door sticking. All the staff were lovely though and plenty of parking spaces plus a a good choice of hot and cold food at breakfast. Lots of other eateries if you so wished within a 2 to 5 minute radius too and the Aston Moss tram stop which will get you to Co-op Live Arena / The Etihad stadium and beyond about a 10 minite walk away."

"Our guests arrived after a 5 hour journey and they called the two contact numbers, one mobile was disconnected and the other rang out, the two email addresses also did not get any answers. The actual address is a new housing estate still closed off as a building site so we believe this property is a scam. If you look at the pictures there is no outside photos of the building and the two bathroom photos show different decoration and the toilet and sink are in different positions. Now we need to...

"I stayed in a room with a king size bed which was as very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very nice. All the staff were very friendly and one young lad who was training to work on the front desk, helped me with my check in and showed and helped me down some steps to my room with my suitcase and bags. Unfortunately, I didn’t get time to use the facilities this time but I have used them many times in the past and enjoyed them."

"Nice comfortable double. The room was a good temperature throughout the stay. If known was going to be placed in a room facing the road would have brought earplugs as I am not used to traffic. Reception was very helpful and quick check in made sure that my car was in sight of the security cameras. Happy to use this hotel again."

"It’s a convenient B&B but be wary that it’s no where near SportCity, so a bit of false advertising and the map is also wrong. Other than that, the place is OK. Car park you have to pay for and be careful, I got a ticket even though I paid and couldn’t prove I had other than the £4 payment on my card. However, appeal failed. So… parking is expensive!"

"Hotel was ok but shower was luke warm and there was no TV signal"

"Servicable, but not great. Shower was falling apart, no one available on reception for check out. Corridors smelt of cigarette smoke and the fire alarm went off at 5:20 in the morning. The vending machine advertised was empty, there are stains on the ceilings and burn marks on the floors. Very much in need of a makeover."

"Across from the train station and a fairly short walk to City Center, restaurants and shopping. Rooms are slightly small but comfortable and the staff was extremely kind."
