"First time back staying in a Village hotel in a while. Stopped using them as they were looking very tired. Stayed here as booked a refurbished club a room and it was excellent. Extra perks now too. Will use again. "

"Room needs updating, carpet not clean & hair dryer which was hard wired into the wall was broken, friends in two other rooms had the same problem, when asked if I could be provided with one they couldn’t Restaurant was popular but you need to book if you want a table"

"interaction with the staff minimal with the exception of the 'receptionist' when checking out who called me 'silly' when I asked a question. He started to preach to me about some of hte terms and conditions and when I told him I worked in marketing he said I should know better than to ask such a silly question - and he wasnt joking - and nor am I when I say this level of hostpitality isnt good enough"
