Loved the small gym and the safe parking for our car rental, which had access straight into the building via an elevator which made it easy with all our luggage. "Worse experience ever. Check-in was meant to be 5pm but I wasn’t given access until around 8:30pm due to their own failure to provide entry details, despite repeated attempts to contact them. When I finally got in, the room was clearly used and filthy with towels on the floor and with rubbish left behind. I then had to wait even longer to be moved to a different room. "Average hotel , cramped room ,only 2 chairs despite large twin double bed and single, poor breakfast choice and quality( no wonder it's complimentary, and again it always happens in hotels with or without soundproofing Noisy guests returning to their rooms after night out drunk and inconsiderate ,talking loudly banging doors , scrambled eggs served Luke warm only 6 am in morning ! lack of choice, noisy air con ( at least drowned out sound of guests next door."
