"Stayed there for 10 days. Great location, nice room but house keeping & service seriously required huge improvements. On day 2 or 3 my own face towel was missing from the bathroom. "Lovely large comfy bed and good strong shower. Bathroom was a bit tired and grubby and the housekeeping left a lot to be desired. They rarely left towels and teabags, they usually didn’t clean the toilet and we didn’t appreciate having to go on a scavenger hunt every day to get drinking water for the room by filling up a carafe. I expect better for the price."

"The staff was amazing. The room was small but clean and tidy. It has an iron in it, which had not been listed on Expedia. So, I’d brought my own iron, which took so much space in my carry-on.
Every day, next to the elevator on 4th floor there was a smelly trash can with spoiled food in it, which was unpleasant. I’d just remove the can and ask people to dispose of their trash at a better place"

"Very nice aoartment, overall a lovely convenient place to stay for the arena .
Only my personal preference would be cotton bedding and heavier duvet and better quality pillows for the winter also the overhead kitchen cupboards are in need of an update as quite difficult to shut .
Great communication though and excellent overall .
Would stay again for sure."
