They even had our room ready early as we arrived at midday. Even though we were happy to wait in the bar area. The hotel is next to a lovely park and lake. So we went for a walk around the lake while we waited. Our room was lovely and clean too. We were out late after going to a concert. "Very nice aoartment, overall a lovely convenient place to stay for the arena . Only my personal preference would be cotton bedding and heavier duvet and better quality pillows for the winter also the overhead kitchen cupboards are in need of an update as quite difficult to shut . Great communication though and excellent overall . Would stay again for sure."

"The internet speed at this property was abysmal. I rarely got more than 5 mbps which is entirely unsatisfactory, especially if you are a business traveler who needs to stay in touch with coworkers through video calls or needs to use a vpn. In addition, the hotel seemed to have a problem with the key cards commonly not working. I repeatedly had to go to the desk to ask for a new key card which would work for about a day and then stop working, leaving me locked out of my room. For the price of...
