"5th floor too hot time of stay was 18 degrees outside so not due to hot weather. Provided 3 fans but did not sleep at all , no ventilation windows opened an inch and was noisy outside. Should not allow people to stay in the room as was just hot. Property very basic and not great value"

"Nice comfortable double. The room was a good temperature throughout the stay. If known was going to be placed in a room facing the road would have brought earplugs as I am not used to traffic. Reception was very helpful and quick check in made sure that my car was in sight of the security cameras. Happy to use this hotel again."

"I liked the decor but the room was in the basement and felt like a dungeon and right next to an entrance door for staff and below the lobby entrance stairs so was so noisy as well as the window right at ground level in a busy alleyway so lots of noise and no privacy."

"Solo female traveler. Steps from Picadilly train station. Hip, friendly vibe. Friendly staff from bartenders to reception. Used the gym. Had wonderful breakfast. Had most basic room which was more than expected. AC, comfy bed, quiet, a bathtub. All clean and new. Fab!"
