"Stayed there for 10 days. Great location, nice room but house keeping & service seriously required huge improvements. On day 2 or 3 my own face towel was missing from the bathroom. I reported it to the receptionist. 3 times. No update until I checked out. On day 7, I was asked to move due to leakage in AC & promised an upgrade but turned out it was only two drinks coupons. "The place was in a perfect location right in the centre of the city. Huge apartment for 2 people, amazing modern kitchen and lovely comfy bed. Security was amazing...key fobs to get into the building/access the lift and apartment. Beautifully clean and modern apartment with trendy kitchen/appliances. Great communication with the owner, pretty instant to be honest. Would defo stay again! "

"Unique hotel in a very accessible spot in central Manchester. The nature / forest theme is refreshing and innovative. We had a triple room which was almost like a suite. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were lovely and welcoming. I’d definitely come here again"

"Lovely hotel and very clean but the info isn’t very accurate on Expedia site. It said there would be a minibar in the room as well as robes which it didn’t have. It stated 1 king bed and 1 double bed for the 4 of us but it was 1 bed and a sofa bed which pulled out to 2 singles. I think maybe this is an error on the expedias side though. The sofa beds didn’t have sheets we did have to ask for them from reception but they were very accommodating and made the beds up for us before we returned from...
