"Clean room and just what was needed for night due to concert at co op live but as we was ringing as we couldn’t sort parking they was just cutting the call off and after about 20 minutes we got an answer "

"Stayed there for 10 days. Great location, nice room but house keeping & service seriously required huge improvements. On day 2 or 3 my own face towel was missing from the bathroom. I reported it to the receptionist. 3 times. No update until I checked out. On day 7, I was asked to move due to leakage in AC & promised an upgrade but turned out it was only two drinks coupons. "We had an amazing Stay at the leonardo Piccadilly everything was perfect.Room was clean,beautiful,quiet and warm and breakfast was delicious they even made me veggie sausage and poached eggs.The staff are very friendly and helpful nothing is too much for them our room was ready on arrival so we were allowed in way before 3pm I really can’t fault this lovely hotel it’s amazing and it made our stay in Manchester perfect can’t wait to visit again "

"This was my third time at the property, first in 2022 some parts clearly hadn’t been cleaned since then. During the first night I needed to change rooms at 3am as there was some constant noise I couldn’t sleep through (I’m assuming it was the pipes?) I didn’t really sleep at all that night so had to argue to get a refund. The place is a good location but isn’t clean and is run down. It’s a shame as the staff are generally helpful and the breakfast is fantastic (especially for a budget place)....
