"This is a new first rate hotel, close to the opera house Manchester. Upon arrival a warm welcome by staff. We were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely amazing. We have stayed in great rooms over the years but this had everything including bath in the bedroom, walk in wardrobe with Peleton well stocked bar. We ate Dinner at the hotel and had done previously. "Stayed there for 10 days. Great location, nice room but house keeping & service seriously required huge improvements. On day 2 or 3 my own face towel was missing from the bathroom. I reported it to the receptionist. 3 times. No update until I checked out. On day 7, I was asked to move due to leakage in AC & promised an upgrade but turned out it was only two drinks coupons. "The staff was wonderful, friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. We loved our room with the kitchen and laundry: perfect for our 9-day stay. The location was great, close to the train station and walkable to everyplace downtown. We had a bit of trouble making the washing machine work properly, but after a google search, found that this particular brand sometimes gets wonky and needs to be reset. "Rooms are quiet and the bed was really comfortable. Staff really friendly and we had no issues. Bathroom was looking a little worn however everything worked fine and the water was hot so all glad. Would definitely stay again "
