I reported it to the receptionist. 3 times. No update until I checked out. On day 7, I was asked to move due to leakage in AC & promised an upgrade but turned out it was only two drinks coupons. "Fantastic stay at the Moxy! The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and down to earth, which made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The bar had an amazing selection of drinks, and there were plenty of fun activities at the hotel. The hotel is quirky and full of character. We stayed in a family room with four adults and were impressed by how clean, spacious, and well-designed it was, with a divider that gave everyone a bit of privacy. Would definitely stay again!"

"I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times before but this may be my last. We had a room on the second floor, the room and corridor had a v musty smell. The blinds in the room didn’t open properly and the decor in the room looked as though it needed refurbishment. The breakfast choice was ok but the food was lukewarm. An average stay."
