"Room spotless and staff excellent "

"Friendly staff could not do enough for you.When we arrived we were given a room upgrade, really pleasantly surprised by it we thought it was amazing . Whilst we were out in Manchester ,the staff contacted us about a problem with the room , they moved us into a suite , this was the best birthday weekend my wife has had for a long time, What a hotel ,food ,staff accommodation perfect. Thank you Mollies for making the weekend special.We will definitely visit you again ."

"Loved our stay at BrewDog DogHouse! The hotel was located in the perfect spot for walking and access to public transit. The property and room felt clean, modern, safe, also very cozy and comfortable. The staff of the hotel and restaurant were incredibly friendly, helpful, kind. We ate at the property for multiple meals - delicious interesting food and drinks were top tier. Thank you so much!!"

"Stayed there for 10 days. Great location, nice room but house keeping & service seriously required huge improvements. On day 2 or 3 my own face towel was missing from the bathroom. I reported it to the receptionist. 3 times. No update until I checked out. On day 7, I was asked to move due to leakage in AC & promised an upgrade but turned out it was only two drinks coupons. Bed was too soft for me. I ordered room service for breakfast once, and was disappointed as it came in a paper bowl and...

"We have stayed at all Motel One's in Manchester. This one is more pleasant. The room was clean. We were just disappointed that when we arrived, the room was freezing and it took hours for the a/c to warm it up. "

"The location was perfect; I was in walking distance to shops, restaurants, my gym, and the train station! It was also great to have both a kitchen to cook and a washer/dryer for laundry. I would definitely book here again!"
