"The hotel was in a great location to meet my needs and offered a great breakfast. I liked the fact that it was next to a walking trail, as well as stores and restaurants. However, when I checked in I was told by Jonathan that my parking fee would be waived due to a mixed up and the fact that I signed up as a rewards member. However, I was charged for parking!"

"Our room was not clean when we arrived. For a hotel to charge for parking, you would think some of those funds would go to security, however we went out to find that 16 cars had been broken into the morning we left. No one from the hotel notified us, instead we met with police officers that were in the garage that informed us of what happened. We won't be back."

"We had a wonderful stay here. The property was beautiful and the suite we had was absolutely gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious and so well prepared. Definitely staying here again. "

"The property is nice, but there is not enough parking on-site. When we got back after dinner around 7 pm, the lot was completely full. The solution was to park at the movie theater across the street. There were 5 empty EV spots available, so I used one of those. The lady at the desk was very apathetic and not very hospitable. "If you are staying in Cincinnati, this is the hotel to book a reservation. It is immaculate, smartly decorated, and the staff are wonderful! We received a complementary welcome drink at the rooftop bar and a delicious free breakfast off the menu. Our dinner at the restaurant was superb. We had the pork chop, and the salmon dish and both were perfectly prepared. We highly recommend The Celare."
