"Hotel staff didn't care that construction workers were tracking mud on elevator carpet and leaving in sight big garbage bags full of junk. The desk staff was short and defended poor television remote control saying it wasn't hotels fault. Staff needs customer service and relationship training. I will not return or refer"

"I didn’t like that breakfast was supposed to be included but there was a charge for it. I didn’t like a parking fee. Not in downtown area with limited parking. Very large room and clean"

"The lighting was great in the bathroom but not so great in the rest of the room. One reading light did not work as well as the the pole light. There was a piece of metal stuck in the electrical outlet in the bathroom. The breakfast was adequate, but I expected more. The only pastry was a muffin. I did like that the air conditioner noise was not annoying."
