"One of my worst stays never ever bring your kids here cops were called things happened outside. It’s in an unsafe area. The room was filthy. My wife got bites from the bed. Never ever stay here. even the front desk was under lock and key with a little tiny piece you could talk to you like at a bank. The front doors were locked. There’s blood on the walls walked around barefoot and my feet were black on the bottom. Warning ‼️ "

"I reserved two rooms for a conference at convention center. Second room only complaint was sink needs plumber. My room, the bathroom is need of a good cleaning, mold build up on shower tile and doors was disappointing, there was never a middle with air con. You were either warm or freezing, batteries in cable remote need replacing. Couldn’t lay in bed and change channel you had to get close to tv to change. There is a board on the box spring that scratches back of leg and poking out. Beyond this it was great. Enjoyed the property, great restaurants and convention center all within walking distance. "

"We had a very nice stay at the Queen Mary...room was clean and there was a lot to explore with lot's of history and right across from the cruise terminal...very convenient and will definitely stay here again on our next cruise out of long Beach "
