"The staff was able to tell me where MSG was."

"Very much a middle of the road bare bones hotel. Fine for what it is."

"My room was super dirty and staff super rude"

"We had an absolutely wonderful 2 day stay for my son’s wedding! Traveling with a family group—including the bride and groom, the bride's parents, and her sibling—can be tricky to coordinate, but the hotel went above and beyond for us. "Very noisy room but they provided earplugs. Breakfast/coffee didn’t start til 7:30 but the bodega next door had great coffee."

"Very great location! The rooms were just what we needed! Very helpful staff"

"Loved being close to the pier"

"A lovely place to stay! Great location. Clean room. Would happily stay again!"

"This is a great hotel for single travelers. My queen room was small but very clean and cozy, perfect for one person. It was pretty quiet. The location is great, right near Penn Station and the Empire State Building. I could easily walk anywhere. There was also a free breakfast, which I appreciated. The staff were all very nice and helpful and the building seems well maintained, I asked for bar soap instead of the liquid containers and they quickly helped me. I would stay here again!"

"The amenities were no where in sight. The staff said hello and it ended there. There was always a towel cart in the way to get to my room which I had to move out of the way every time. The last day of the stay the hotel lobby kitchen caught on fire and I had to leave down the fire escape to leave safely. There were fire fighters and water hoses everywhere. Only one of my two room keys worked. Overall I would never go back to that Hotel"
