"The hotel is very nice and modern. Check-in was a little delayed, but the hotel did good by us by extending a late check-out on our departure day to make up for the delay. We were also originally put in a connecting room which was a little loud, but the hotel MOD Andy took really good care of us and moved us to another room which was perfect! Andy was fantastic. "Really nice hotel in lower Manhattan. Very small rooms, closet and bathroom, but that should kind of be expected in NYC. The only thing I was annoyed with involving the "closet" was that the hang bar was a vertical bar, coming out at you, so your clothes were hidden behind on another, instead of it hanging like a regular horizontal clothes rack."
