"I loved the size of the room. Queen size bed and a couch lounge area very good. Location was great. You can walk to The Tech, San Pedro marketplace, the convention center and resturants all over. Light rail was also just a block away. They also had a fantastic breakfast with anything you wanted. A major dislike was you need to bring your own media to watch TV. "An outdated property with limited amenities. Shower didn’t work and the bed was so uncomfortable. Stayed here purely due to distance to the improv club."

"Very kind staff. Strong fragrance throughout hotel. carpets in hallway covered in towels and toilet ran all night with a loud screeching sound over and over. Standalone AC or heating unit in room had a drain into a large plastic milk jug. Overall it’s an older hotel with charm but some of these things did not create a good impression. We got to our room late and when we noticed the issues we were too tired to ask to be moved so I did not repot these concerns."

"The owner is super nice and you notice a big difference between staying at a corporate owned hotel.The property is lined with lemon and orange trees and beautiful flowers which he takes very well care of. Everything is very clean and I appreciated having a refrigerator and a microwave in the room! Nice also to park right in front of your room."

"This hotel unit doesn't have customer freely choice to park. Only via valet which charges $25 fee. It's bit troublesome to get get in and out with the car. "

"Missed breakfast - I left too early and I was sad about this. Leaving my car in the parking lot with signs saying that I was responsible for damage made me nervous. But I didn't feel unsafe, just the signs made me aware not to leave anything. "
