"We had ample space in the room for our family. Breakfast was delicious. The room was clean. Idk if there was a/c or a fan but it felt great and out of the 5 places we stayed during our travels was the coolest temperature wise. We were visiting during “the hottest weather in ages”

"Good location from downtown London. The room was clean and comfortable and the service was great. Biggest issues is that there was no air conditioning or ceiling fans, and the third floor was unbearable hot. A small fan was provided was not helpful. The room also faced the main street which was very noisy, so keeping the window open was not ideal. Would only recommend staying here during the colder months."

"Although our room was spartan in decoration, the staff were exceedingly friendly, kind, and accommodating. I would have liked a bit more storage space and two bottles of water rather than one. The rooms were made up quickly. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The bar had a tremendous selection and a knowledgeable bartender. Also, the food was very tasty. The concierge was a miracle worker.
