"Stayed for 10 days. We arrived before check in and stayed in the city long after check out hours, the front desk team was very kind on keeping our luggage safe. The location is great, a block away from MUNI and BART. There are certainly some homeless around the neighborhood, however there is security 24/7 around the property making you feel safe. "Luxury hotel! Loved the staff. Love they have vending machines with items someone might need. Great food service. Hanging out lounge was busy but somehow felt there was enough space for everyone to fit in. Lovely rooms. I loved the views you get from staying on the higher levels rooms. Would book again."

We got there early in the day and expected to have them hold our bags and return later to check in but they gave us a happy surprise when they said they had a room available for us. One note - the rooms aren't quiet to outdoor sounds. That didn't bother us because were where there for a party which was on property."
