"The room is clean and is cleaned every 2 days but you can request to clean your room if needed. Staff are courteous and knows what they are doing. However, breakfast staff slams the plates and silverwares when cleaning the breakfast area that makes it annoying for people who are still eating. Breakfast only consists of carbohydrates. Breads, porridge and cereals. It was advertised as free continental breakfast but you have to pay if you want proteins - like eggs, bacon and sausage."

"I booked a room for 2 days. I left within the first night due to an emergency and was saddened to learn I still had to pay for the second night, despite checking out at around 10am. unfortunate policy"

"Just outside City of Toronto. Very convenient from the roads but not much public transport nearby. Good sized sitting room and bedroom and large shower and walk in closet. All amenities work including a fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Fifteen minutes walk to mall with two supermarkets and plenty of Hong Kong style Chinese and Western restaurants and a Costco. Good air conditioning a must for summer. Shower power a bit low. Very helpful staff and smiling greetings every time everywhere. Small pool...

"Clean bed and bathroom. Once you’re inside the hotel it is fine, but the neighborhood is terrible. There drug distribution center close by. Don’t expect to walk around to explore. Take your uber and go. Place is ok for a short stay. I wasn’t expecting much and they delivered what you pay for. Friendly and helpful staff. Location is close to downtown core. Just reasonable price in the crazy hotel market of Toronto. I would stay again if needed."

"The cleaning lady the worked our floor on the last day of our stay was so pleasant. The people that work the parking werent as pleasant. When i went to get a ticket because we had valet service she was rude, the guys parking weren’t very helpful at all"
