Disliked: needed some dusting in spots, bathroom gets cold if door isn't left open to the bedroom, loud hallway: voices & shoes echo badly. "

The location in Old City was perfect—super walkable and felt very safe, even walking to grab a late-night Philly cheesesteak after 11pm on a Saturday. "So many great things I could say about my stay at ROOST Midtown. I stayed in a one bedroom and it was very spacious and clean. I liked that there was somebody at the reception area 24/7. The kitchen was well equipped. They provided a water jug that could be refilled with their filtered water, still or sparkling. Walk-in shower, blackout shade in the bedroom.
