"The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful and honest. I had left a pair of valuable earrings and the housekeeper turned it in to the front desk. Front desk staff I spoke to was also very cordial. It is very rare to have such trustworthy staff (Monica and other housekeeper that took care of room 117) so I hoped the administration realize how fortunate they are. Kudos to your hiring team."
