"This is not a fancy-schmancy hotel but it was perfect for a birder on a budget and had everything I needed at half the price of the place up the street. Well, almost everything - a blow dryer would have made it perfect! The check-in dude was funny and helpful and there's an EV charging station just down the street so I'd definitely stay here again. But think about adding blow dryers. Even birders like to look their best!"

"After we checked in we had a couple of problems with the room. 1) TV remotes did not work, had to exchange them at the front desk. 2) No ice bucket in the room, we got one from housekeeping. 3) The ice machine on the second floor did not work, had to go back down to the 1st floor. 4) The phone did not work. We have stayed there in the past with no issues. Not sure we would stay there again."

"Casino is clean but the rooms are pretty old. Stained carpets and chairs. Stains on the carpet in the elevator. Had noisy neighbors and the walls are pretty thin. They kept me up and then after finally getting to sleep they woke me up again at 4:00 am. We used to stop here a few times each year. Receiving a few free nights but mostly lay off coupons. But we’ve decided that from now on we will go 20 minutes further west and stay at Coyote Valley. Newer rooms, cleaner, quieter and they have...

"Hampton Inn in Ukiah is in a very good location. We enjoyed staying there. The only thing is house keeping will clean your room every other day. If you stay just 2 nights, no housekeeping. "

"Someone blasting music at pool just below our room. Complained to office..the reply ‘They are allowed to have music’ but we said it’s much too loud…shortly after it was turned down. Breakfast room was chaotic…no one in attendance…( next to front desk) guest dropped some part of waffle maker fell…broken parts and glass everywhere..screaming children…its a very small space very cramped …we left…still no one showed up until later when we checked out"

"This was a nice well-kept two-story property. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and confrontable. Served Starbucks coffee! Had some breakfast chooses. Not much in the area to do but right off the freeway for quick access to wherever you want to go. Close to Costco. Priced well. Would stay here again."

"This location should be condemned. It’s falling apart. Some of our group had rooms with no hot water. Our room had so much hot water the toilet was flushing with hot water. Bathroom was leaking and moldy. I didn’t see cockroaches inside but there were so many outside. Save your money and go camping instead."
