Hotel dekat Clementi Mall

"Good location on river"

"This is a lovely hotel and the room was probably the best I have ever stayed in. Beautifully furnished, high ceilings and excellent amenities like a Nespresso machine and Dyson hair dryer. The rooftop pool and bar were very pleasant although unfortunately the haze prevented me from enjoying the view! I only ate a few times at the rooftop bar but didn't think the food was very good. The main downside of my stay was, as other reviewers have mentioned the incredible noise from nearby...

"We enjoyed our stay, but the price paid seemed a bit high for the small size room. The breakfast buffet was good, but found some of the items odd to be served at breakfast to the largely “Western” clientele staying at the hotel. The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed due to only two staff members assigned to handle guest checkouts and the tagging and storage of guest luggage. Bedding was very comfortable. Would return again."

"Had a high expectation because of the newness of the hotel. The price that we paid also not cheap for the amount of sqm we were getting. Location is great. Walking distance to Orchard Rd, and easy to access by taxi or Grab. Lobby was beautiful and has a very nice open door and beach vibe. Staff were helpful and direct, was expecting a more friendly and helpful gestures. Even with the status I have from Hotels.com - I didn't get any upgrade or additional perks. Overall stay is OK. "

"Staff and hotel were amazing"

"The room was fine if a little on the small side with separate toilet and shower cubicles. The buffet breakfast was okay - not sure why so many reviews cited this as a strength as it was ... okay. It's a bit out of the way but with bus stops literally outside the entrance this is not actually a problem. The main negatives were the bare pool area with no shade and in the room that the electrically operated curtains put you in full view of the people living in the houses next door. Not sure why...

"Good as always , up to their standards"

"The room is clean, helpful staff and the location is great! The downside is that the room is small."
