"Excellent location close to NUS university and theres is an entire block of restaurants and a 7-11 convenience store right around the corner of hotel. Also access to number of buses makes it convenient for public transpiration too. Room was cleaned up well each day too. Bathroom is small with shower head right next to toilet which we weren’t used to but it worked. "

Michael very patiently helped me through the check-in process on my phone, which then helped me secure an early check-in around 12:30pm (I arrived around 9:30am). "I was locked out of my room at 12:02 (checkout time is 12) - which was really unpleasant. also, when I asked to use iron & ironing board, I was asked to give cash deposit and collect myself from the reception. I know its a 3 star hotel, so am ok to collect myself, but their inherent lack of trust was not pleasant (what am I going to do - fly abroad with the iron/ ironing board!).."

At arrival I am told that pool won’t be ready till end of Feb. Nowhere was this mentioned online and no discount was offered to make up...

"We would have liked it very much if Wotif had not overbooked and the room we had booked and paid for in Singapore was not available. We have NEVER experienced this before through any accommodation booking platform. This left us stranded in Singapore in a tropical storm with no hotel room. We are in our 70s and this was not appreciated, causing unnecessary stress and extra cost (extra taxi and hotel room). We will be seeking full refund and compensation from Wotif. "
