"Rooms were nice and staff was friendly. Property was fine. They are definitely on vacation time as meals are slow (2+ hours for a meal). The restaurants leave a bit to be desired. Poesia was not great at all - probably the worst meal in our party we had in the whole island and the worst Italian. The place is new but the chef is trying to be too creative with limited access to ingredients. A few people had a shrimp dish with tomatoes and no-one had tomatoes in it. Azure is okay - mediocre. "We had a wonderful stay at this quaint little hotel located right on the beach. Our room was clean. Definitely not fancy if you are going for the pool, DON’T but the bar /restaurant, beach, happy hour were great. Staff were friendly and accommodating! If you love the Hilton than this hotel is NOT for you. "

"They don’t bother to maintain the building. Hotel not that old but zero maintenance so falling apart and looks dirty. Unfriendly and arrogant staff, particularly at reception and bars (saying thank you or smiling not their style). Breakfast was a pain since they had to bring the coffee and the sugar and the cream and they would bring one and not the other. Pool must have bad filter or improper maintenance as water was murky. "Old building good of looking for something cheap and affordable.location is a pro. Staff gave mediocre service.rooms are rundown and old. TV only had one channel. Bathroom cabinets full of garbage. Fridge old. Has community kitchen. Window view was of neighbors trash "
