"The room was very modern. I loved it. the water pressure in the sink was weak. The green flashing light of the carbon monoxide kept waking me up. The wait staff at bfast was so friendly and helpful. Restaurants around the area were great. The weather was not conducive to go on a boat ride but that would have been great."

"Some staff was very friendly and helpful (Max). Najua was grumpy. Airport shuttle never came, and we took a taxi to the hotel. Taxi cost was refunded and we received a free dinner to compensate for our lost time. that was very nice."

"Gmthw hotel is ar a great location. Ive stayed here many times, however this time there some misses. I specifically asked for a room away from the elevator. Funny i was given a room rught next to the elevator, the room was smelly and there was no soap in the bathroom. I had ti find an employee ti ask them to spray the room and get some soap. The guy was very nice, he said give me a minute, ill be right there. Meanwhile i called the front desk abd informed the clerk that my room was right...

"This property is located close to the museums and the Wharf area. It is so convenient plus is a beautiful hotel. This was our second visit and we enjoyed it a lot. Kudos to Lorena at the front desk for being helpful and very pleasant."

"Property was fine. Greeted at the door and that was nice. Checked in but was told nothing of amenities...at all. I had questions of if there was a breakfast or dinner or gym or pool or anything...and I was told nothing about anything...thought that was strange. Room was small but nice. TV remote didn't work well and I didn't receive any towels for the second night of stay...had to ask for them. Overall, i would still give it one last chance...maybe it was an "off-day" or "weekend".... but I...

"For the most part, clean. Conditioner container was empty in shower is the only complaint. Front desk very friendly and accommodated an early checkin "
