Hotel murah di Cliff

"Dirt in the room and under the bed. Staff generally good. Booking came with a room upgrade due to status. Room upgrade didn’t occur despite the hotel being empty and having availability on their website. Emailed the hotel through Expedia app (replying to the message they sent me) asking questions. That was ignored and not responded to. Dinner food quality was poor considering my the level they quote themselves to be at and prices charged. Ice cream for dessert clearly suffering from freezer burn...

"Beautiful old main building and well constructed new wing that blended seamlessly with the old main Hall. However, due to the layout and lack of lifts it meant a really long walk from our room to the main reception area. The Hotel seemed to have a lack of staff - the very nice mature lady at reception, was multitasking and ended up carrying our bags up to the room. This staff shortage manifested itself later when we went to have dinner - to be told that the gas was off in the kitchen and...

"Lovely hotel with beautiful grounds and great facilities. Only stayed for one night but enjoyed a quick swim in the pool and had a lovely evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant. Bedroom was a good size with comfy bed and everything needed for an overnight stay. The only thing that I think could be improved is the check in. "The room was big and the bed comfy, with the staff friendly, however having just reopened it is in need of some work. One wall mounted socket (head height) for a TV coffee machine and a kettle, with the kettle cord not reaching the plug was not good. The amenities were lacking in the shower, and there was rust on the frame holding the wash hand basin in the bathroom. All of which was disappointing. Also £20 for breakfast was a bit steep!"

"New construction wall to wall carpet in halls and rooms. Business hotel on edge of Nuneaton and next to Bermuda industrial estate. Good service and breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. One elevator for the 4 story building. No air conditioning so we were given a portable fan which was adequate for early May weather. Window only opens 4 inches for fresh air! Comfortable beds and mainly quiet except for distant tire noise from highway a few hundred yards away ."

"Good value for money. Near to the venue we were attending and to local pub for food. Both walking distance. I had messaged ahead to ask for a room near to lifts etc due to mobility issues but found the room to be a long walk away."

"Terrible experience on both Expedia and the hotel. I booked a room, did the pre-checking online after expedia sends me a messague. When I go to the hotel around 6.30 p.m. the guy at reception casually tells me that they cannot accommodate me because they had an issue with my room. That's it. On top of that; the person at reception tells me as if it helps that they contacted Expedia at 5p.m. which then when I called Expedia hours later after doing my own arrangements was not True. Horrible...
