"We booked the Dinney B&B due to its close proximity to the Astbury Golf Resort, where we were attending a wedding reception. We visited the Dinney early, to work out the logistics and chanced to meet Keith the owner. He allowed us to drop our bags in our room, gave us our keys and assured us that we could leave our car at the Astbury, walk back and he'd sort a lift back the next day - now that's excellent customer service! The room was comfortable and clean, with a good ensuite shower room....

"Very friendly staff. They had time for you, which I feel in this day and age is unusual. Breakfast to suit you! Very dog friendly ,also good dog walking around, with poo bag dispensers and bins strategically placed around the village"

They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful. "This is a converted coaching inn at the junction of a few roads. Easy parking, good breakfasts and dinners, plenty of character. A bit of a downside if you’re a light sleeper with the traffic and kitchen exhaust system. Otherwise, easy place to stay."

"Eckington Manor is a lovely hotel with very nice rooms, set in beautiful grounds, a short distance from Cheltenham. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. As the hotel is a little remote, we decided to eat in the hotel. The food was excellent as was the breakfast. Would definitely recommend and will no doubt return if we are in the Cotswolds."

"Lovely hospitality, nice food, nice room and very friendly staff. It might be an idea to inform the chef that a poached egg is not served with a lot of water swilling round the toast, otherwise marvellous. Convenient location"
