"This place is incredible. It’s tucked away right next to Topsail State Park and only 5 minutes from the public beaches. The location is perfect, super close to all the 30A towns and about half an hour from Destin. The space has really high ceilings, a massive bathroom, and a kitchenette stocked with everything you actually need (fridge, coffee maker, cooking utensils, iron). I would absolutely stay here again."

"I have stayed at this property many times over the years. This year I was disappointed. The staff was always courteous and helpful. My view from the second floor was partially blocked by a food trailer. Ran out of wine at the Tiki bar, never restocked, although they said they would. The beds were uncomfortable and hard.
