"My check in started with the staff looking in my bags which were open tote bags, not her business. I had a room next to the elevator and ice machine which made noise all night. The air unit in the room has a light so bright it disrupts...

"Traveling, so I only stayed one night. Only thing that stood out was that the desk clerk saw that I was elderly and limping slightly, and gave me a room really close to the front desk, and the breakfast bar. I thought that was pretty thoughtful. Didn't get his name but he was very young and courteous...."
