"We had a great stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton in Downtown Tuscaloosa! The location was perfect, especially if you’re visiting the University of Alabama. Being just minutes from campus made it incredibly convenient for everything we had planned. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, and the overall atmosphere made us feel right at home. One of the biggest surprises was how reasonable the prices were for such a great location. It offers excellent value, especially if you’re visiting the university and want to be close to campus without overpaying. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tuscaloosa, whether you’re in town for a campus tour, a football game, or just exploring the area."

"I happened across this hotel via hotels.com during a 40% off special. It was near an event I was attending and had a good rating score, so I reserved a room. As I've stayed in some hotels with high ratings that turned out to be real dumps, I had no idea what to expect. From the outside, this looks like a small, nice enough hotel. As soon as I walked into the lobby, I knew I'd found a hidden gem. The pleasant smell was the first thing I noticed, followed quickly by the charming appearance of the lobby and the breakfast area. The front desk staff was the friendliest I've ever encountered. The cleaning staff were super friendly as well. My room was wonderful - king bed with a living room containing a sofa, coffee table, desk and chair. The hanging bedside lamps were a nice touch. The only negative about the room was the sliding barn-style door on the bathroom, which was an inch or so from the wall and allowed others in the room to see in (and experience any smells). I was staying alone, so this wasn't an issue for me. Overall, I enjoyed a wonderful night's sleep in a excellent hotel. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends."

"It was warm in the hall of the 4th floor, but the room was perfect. My husband enjoyed the pool too. We chose the hotel because we could easily walk to the Amphitheater."
