"Great but rebuilding works outside the bedroom window were annoying."

However if you get, as they put it a 'basic' room, it does not come with the basic items you would expect or are complimentary at other hotels such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion etc. Generally the staff was friendly and helpful although some left much to be desired."

"Room was good size for longer stay, most of the staff were friendly. No information in the room re services provided, including ie room service, breakfast . Very quite room which was requested. Location was excellent to the Promonade. This hotel could be 5 stars 🌟 with a bit of additional effort & adding some extras in the room and as location is fabulous and so is the building."

"The hotel is unique it is small in size but big on charm,friendliness, and quality. The breakfast is cooked to order and set in a nice garden view room. The staff is very helpful and the location is close to the train station and a short walk to the promenade. It’s a good value and we would definitely stay again "

"Heel centraal gelegen, echt een ideale ligging. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Enige nadeel is dat er geen airco was en de kamer bloedheet was. Heel weinig geslapen door de warmte. Dat was echt een domper. Het ontbijt is heel basic. Dus een top voor het personeel en de liggen maar een min voor de temperatuur huishouding en ontbijt so so."

"The staff was so kind and thoughtful. They even left us some extra drinks in our room. The hotel is centeally located and is an easy walk to the beach and many restaurants. The rooftop restaurant is so convenient and the views are gorgeous. The property and the rooms are on the older side so be prepared for that but everything was clean. The only real downside was that there are only 2 elevators and they take a long time to get from the rooftop to the lobby so just be prepared for that. Other...

"The property was well kept and in a central location where everything was walkable. The staff were polite and helpful. The only downside is that the hotel is on the 4th floor and has no elevator, so if you are travelling with heavy luggage that’s not ideal."
