"I love the quiet location of this hotel. Not quite in central London but just close enough to be convenient. The hotel has lots of space, both in common areas and in particular, the rooms. They are quite spacious and comfortable. Elevators quick and fast. Staff was great. Our reception, Shokh, was particularly kind, efficient and helpful to both myself and family. He went out of his way to assist in all demands. Would definitely stay there again. I think that it is good value for money."

"What a charming spot to spend time exploring London; located near multiple public transportation options, restaurants, and shops, The July was quiet, clean, and modern. The staff was helpful—even when dealing with infrastructure issues that was completely out of their control. Another visit to London and The July is at the top of the list, hearing they have spots in other cities is also enticing! "We had such a pleasant stay at The Guardsman Hotel! The front desk lady was awesome. She helped carry our luggage up and even gave us a quick room tour. "I love staying at the Rembrandt. It is so convenient for the underground and it is right opposite my favourite museum the V&A. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room I had this time was perfect for me. The breakfast caters well for vegan and gluten free. It has its own gluten free stand with its own toastier amd there are a good range of non dairy milks. "

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an excuse. If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning. Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me. The hot shower did not work properly. The pressure is not high enough, hence making the water wont switch to the shower head. "
