Zudem befindet sich direkt neben dem Hotel ein grosser kostenloser Parkplatz, was sehr praktisch ist. Unser Zimmer verfügte leider nicht über eine Klimaanlage, was uns bei der Buchung nicht aufgefallen war. Dadurch wurde es insbesondere am Abend ziemlich warm. "Tara Lodge is an exceptional boutique hotel. Located in leafy Queen’s University neighborhood, the hotel is unobtrusive and quiet. The beautiful rooms have tall windows that fill the space with light. The beds are super comfortable. The staff is welcoming and attentive. Botanical Avenue, half a block away, is lined with restaurants, pubs, and shops. We didn’t have a car, but Tara Lodge has a private car park, indispensable if you’re driving. "Highly recommend taking the Free Hotel tour with William, (12 o’clock daley) he is the concierge and gives a very good tour within the hotel, the hotel waz used by Harland and Wolf to build the Titanic. Highly recommend breakfast, a very good buffet style. (the breakfast staff could do with smiling a little more) but that’s not really a complaint because they were all very helpful. We would stay at this hotel again, in fact we have booked to stay again already"

"We felt like we had stepped back in time to the era of grand Victorian hotels. I literally gasped we walked in. The rooms were spacious and extavangantly decorated; we even had turn down service. The dining room was beautiful. We had afternoon tea and felt like grand ladies. The staff were so sweet and understanding of our Amercan questions. The bar was hopping and we loved exploring the cocktails."
