"The air conditioning system in the room vacillated from turning on, getting very cold and making a loud noise to turning off and leaving the room hot and humid. This went on all night long resulting in a horrible sleep experience awaiting each cycle. The system was not as "smart" as we were led to believe. There is no fan in the bathroom. "The historic hotel is in a central location walkable to many different restaurants and shops. Also, it is roughly 20 minutes from Sandy Hook beach. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Overall, The Molly Pitcher Inn is truly a beautiful and rare find!"

"parking and check in was quick and easy. Room was smaller than expected and door to bathroom was too large for room, part of the door was cut out to open and close properly around the kitchen counter. Also water pressure was low and I had to keep adjusting the thermostat. "

"The property is just off Main Street - so it’s close to restaurants and bars. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the beach. Parking is street only so could be a bit hard to find - although we found something on the next street. The room was clean with nice decor and the bed comfortable and there was a mini fridge and tv. "A most comfortable idyllic location"

"Immaculately clean rooms, wonderful staff, home cooked bountiful and delicious breakfast. Parking was on the street and hard to find, but overall our experience was amazing. The beach was clean and beach equipment was available as well as bikes. The beach tags were discounted once checked in. We loved our stay and would recommend it for anyone who enjoys staying at B&B’s."

"Its a nice quiet place close to the beach and restaurants. There’s a full kitchen with dinning facilities for guest use, a sot out patio and balcony. Nice, safe neighborhood."
