"Bathroom - faucet improperly installed; bathroom needs a piece of furniture for kit bags, towel racks inadequate, shower plumbing installation mediocre. The bedroom would have been much nicer with another chair. Entertainment in the bar was weak. The setting from our room was beautiful; the location has so much to offer. We might come back. The view from our part of the property is the deal."

"There were baby cockroaches on the bathroom walls, sleeping area, table and by the fridge of our unit. If there are babies, the infestation is pretty severe and longstanding. We stayed here a few years ago and it was great. Before the virtual desk attendant and bug problems, but seems like it hasn’t been as well maintained since. "

"Die Unterkunft hat sehr viel Charme und liegt ruhig am Bach. Trotzdem wären ein paar Renovierungen schön, um die Zimmer etwas zeitgemäßer zu gestalten. Die Möbel sind alle an den Ecken angeschlagen, der alte Teppichboden wirft Falten und der Balkon war leider gar nicht geputzt als wir kamen (dreckiger Tisch und Spinneweben). "Was informed a day prior to check in that we would be without water midweek from 10am-6pm. Water did not return until after 8pm which is unacceptable after a day in the desert red rock sand. I spoke to the Director of guest relations and was informed that my family could use the porta potties since we could not flush our toilets, She was less than professional and all she could say was "I understand" The room was just OK, furniture and restrooms were very dated. construction every day all day...

"Couldnt figure out the air conditioner so did not sleep well at all. Am an IT person so it sure isn’t easy. Pillows were rock hard. Would not stay here again."
