"The room was very clean, but no joke on the elevator issue. We stayed about a month ago hotel was quieter, no problem with the elevators. We gave up and took the service elevators most of the stay"

"Stayed 2 nights with family. Hotel was in good condition. Room was comfortable. Lobby had a nice sitting area. But nothing is offered. There is no complimentary coffee in the lobby and no continental breakfast in the morning. There’s a Red Lobster and a Smoky Bones right outside the parking lot so that was convenient. Parking was fairly easy but there’s a small fee of 15$/night to park. I wasn’t thrilled with the attentiveness of the staff. I asked for house keeping for the next day and when I arrived back to the room at the end of the day, they had never come to make up the room. I called the front desk to complain and ask them for more towels considering housekeeping never replaced them and when they finally came up with the towels, they fumbled up the amount of towels I had requested so obviously attention wasn’t being paid on my request. Overall hotel was nice but I would not stay again."

"The breakfast was very basic. I only had breakfast 1 day out of the 5 days I stayed. I didn’t feel it was worth $16. The staff on the other hand was excellent. Everyone I can in contact with was very friendly and helpful. "

"Tiny room with a 'cubby hole' bathroom. Room had a musty smell, perhaps from somebody smoking in the room and it didn't get a thorough cleaning. Won't be staying here again."

"The staff were helpful with taking care of special requests. The kitchen was well place and equiped with all basic amenities, even a dish washer. The breadast area was clean and offered a good selection though custom omlets were not offered."

"First walking in we noticed a stack of mattresses about 10 ft High in the parking lot. walking in you couldn't help but notice the rugs were dirty, they had stains everywhere. The room was bare nothing pretty or inviting about it! The TV sucked. The reception was terrible and you could only watch one or two channels. The faucet in the bathtub ran even when you turned on the shower so the shower was weak. The hot and cold handle was backwards! And it took me forever to figure out how to get the water hot. The next morning we went to take advantage of their continental breakfast and there was no protein, just Bagels toast and Dry Cereal and something that barely passed for coffee not to mention being greeted by another stack of mattresses in the dining area !!!. I chose this hotel because it was pet friendly but the first day I left my dog in the room to go out I received a call that he was barking and disturbing the other guests however they were working in the hotel, renovating I imagine, making plenty of their own noise."
